Electrical Engineer, Writer, Leader
An Engineer Looking for Impactful and Challenging Work.
As a senior electrical engineering student, I have spent the last four years building a strong foundation from the core principles of electromagnetics, circuit analysis, analog circuit design, and device physics. I am looking for new, challenging, opportunities to take apply my skills in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Working as an electrical design engineer for my senior capstone project, I gained hands on experience in designing device power systems and PCBs, developing firmware, producing system prototypes, and performing sensor validation and verification.
After four years at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department, I have gained a wealth of practical experience in the research, design, and development of electrical circuits. Studying in a small classroom setting has allowed me to learn practical skills from seasoned industry veteran, producing an effective set of troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Rigorous academics from the North's top regional public college (U.S. News and World Report, 2020) has provided me with a comprehensive set of foundational skills in engineering mathematics and physics.
In addition to the more than 50 labratory reports and presentations given or written as an undergraduate, my capstone culminated with the production of an exhaustive set of documentation with almost 500 pages of concise and effective technical writing.
Member of a highly selective (~2% acceptance) community based leadership development program defined by a 300 hour contract per academic year. Appointed as one of four founding members of the Bonner Leadership Team to represent the program’s 100 students and inform program policy.
The program has allowed me to work alongside diverse populations and nonprofits within the Trenton community on pressing issues such as education inequality, prison reform, and environmental sustainability in a small team setting. Simultaneously, I facilitate eight-hour workshops for over 200 first-year students through diverse and challenging service experiences.
